The IFME 19th World Congress - call for presentations
The IFME 19th World Congress on Municipal Engineering is being held August 26-29, 2018, Kansas City, Missouri in conjunction with the 2018 APWA (American Public Works Association) PWX Public Works Expo.
The Call for Presentations is now open with the submission deadline being October 15, 2017.
The theme for this premier public works event is The Power of Public Works. It will be held from August 26-29, 2018 in Kansas City, Missouri.
The primary education tracks for the 2018 PWX includes:
Emergency Management; Facilities Management; Fleet Services Management; Grounds, Parks & Urban Forestry Management; Leadership Approaches & Professional Development; Financial & Asset Management Solutions; Project & Construction Management; Workforce Solutions; Solid Waste; Transportation (cycling & pedestrian infrastructure; streets, roads, bridges; traffic engineering; transit; winter maintenance);Utilities & Right-of-Way management; Water Resources (potable water, stormwater, wastewater).
